Steps

  1. 1Mark a 6–8 foot circle with a 3-foot gap for the door.
  2. 2Dig holes every 12–18 inches around the circle.
  3. 3Mix compost into each hole.
  4. 4Plant sunflower seeds 1 inch deep.
  5. 5Stagger a second inner row for denser walls.
  6. 6Water gently and keep soil moist until sprouting.
  7. 7Thin to strongest seedlings.
  8. 8Add morning glory seeds near the base to climb sunflower stems.
